difference between 2088 and 2090 options while travelling abroad

Hi,

I activated my roaming by texting EUDAY to 2088 before travelling to Spain from UK. On landing at Spain, I get a text from EE stating that I need to text EUDAY to 2090. What is the difference between them?

If I text EUDAY to 2090, will I get charged for both?

Please clarify, if anyone knows

@zubairumer First off that doesn't activate roaming.  That just to purchase an add on.

Text ROAMING to 150 to activate roaming on your account.

On your text to 2088 did you get a reply back ?

Hi and welcome to the Community @zubairumer

This is very strange.

Here on the Community we are unable to access any customer accounts, to have this checked on by customer services do let me know if you are using an EE personal or business account?

Are you able to call and text?

Many thanks,

Lee
