Hi, I have recently changed to EE. I cannot send any texts (but can receive them).
I have also tried to set up an account to manage my device but the confirmation account email never arrived.

@ChristineS27 Did you call customer services to enable roaming on your account before you left the UK ?

had the same problem. call customer service and ask them to turn on international calls! (and roaming if you plan to go abroad) - these are 2 different things!
