cannot get access to internet in France today

the internet was working ok in France, but didnt work today.

Is there any way to check what happened with it please?

Could you check your data allowance status please?


This should tell you if you have an allowance left.


If you still have an allowance, please try the troubleshooting below:-


Try re-booting your device


Try turning 4G off in ‘settings’


Perform a manual network search:-


  • iPhone – Settings > Carrier > Toggle Automatic OFF
  • Android – Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap OK
  • Windows – Settings > Mobile Network > Network Selection > Tap on start manual search
