Currently away in belgium/France for a few days and I need to make some important calls but keeps going to a French voicemail say this number is not authorised? But I can recieve calls and also send/recieve text messages plus use my data?

If you’re still having problems your international bar may still be active; if you have a personal pay monthly account log into your My EE to use live chat and remove the international bar or give our customer service team a call.
