I can't make a call from the Netherlands and need to access a conference call at 10am UK time this morning. Please assist asap.

Did you make sure that you have roaming enabled in your account and can you check by logging into your account that international calls and roaming are enabled? You may want to check here for more information:
If you have +44, could you try 0044 to see if that works?

If you need roaming set up, I recommend logging into your My EE account on your phone's browser (not the app) or a computer.
Once you're logged in, a chat window will pop up when an advisor is available.
If you can't get in contact with chat, please get in touch from an alternative phone.
