What package? What happens when you try? Are you on contract or PAYG?

Now i am in KL business travel, and i credit in 20 GBP in my balance, now i can not receive any sms and call from UK, i want to buy a package or add-ons, but it popup , "this purchase hasn't gone through..." 14.35.0-42275, i tired every pacakge or add-ons, the same popup, i tried in My EE in my Apple X and all in my PC web ...

@AaronAshely : As it is not in EU, you cannot use your usual allowances there but will need to pay the charges as set out in https://ee.co.uk/help/add-ons-benefits-and-plans/call-or-going-abroad/roaming-costs/countries/malays... / PAYG.

What add-on are you trying buy? 1 of those listed roaming data add-ons? There are no add-ons for calls or texts on PAYG.

Actually i can receive sms in Dec Last year, i do not know why it seems suddenly i can not receive any sms in New Year, the last sms from EE is 21/12/2019.

And now i can send sms to 150 , Not delivered...

 

How can I do in KL now?use local number to call back "150" is that a solution?

i just noticed that in my topup history has a record is "Closing Adjustment" in 28-12-2019, it that mean my phone is into hiberation...? how can i reactive my number? use KL local number?

If you give our Pay as you go Care team a call on +44 (0) 7953 966 250, they can check your account for you and see if your SIM has gone into hibernation.
