I am in Italy, and despite having calls&data activated abroad, my phone says I have the calling barrier activated and need to un-do it.
I can't call customer services because of the barrier, and there is no live chat on your website, so, how am I supposed to unblock my phone???
I have been an EE customer for 4 days, but already dissappointed.
Why don't you make this clearer when you send the welcome messages??

So I can try and help, please may I get you to perform a manual network search and choose a network other than what you are on.
Please also can I get you to try and ring using format of 00447*********
Please may I know which country you are in?
Also If you are using an EE personal or business account?

using 0044 doesn't work, and selecting the network manually isn't useful either.
I am on a personal EE account.

As the suggestions have not worked, please pop to the live chat link.
This can be found on our Get in touch page, under the EE drop down menu.
Our customer service team will be able to assist with your issue.
