Re: What if you go abroad but forgot to tell EE?

Hi @M-MBrown73

Welcome to the EE Community,

if your roaming is active then you dont  have to do anything but if you have forgotten you will need to activate it.

If you your roaming ain't working..

try  logging into your My EE account online.

Then go to Menu > Manage Device > Roaming and also Call Abroad and Premium Rate > They will need to show as ticked for you to use your phone abroad.

If you can activate both settings this will update within 24 hours.

Happy New Year.

David.

@M-MBrown73: You don't need to "tell" EE every time you go abroad but the 1st time you should activate roaming on your a/c by texting ROAMING to 150 before you leave the UK. Thereafter roaming stays active on your a/c.

You only need to do this if you are on contract. PAYG is auto enabled for roaming.

Happy New Year @M-MBrown73 😄

Did you manage to log into your My EE account and turn roaming and international calls on?
