Why won’t my phone work in the USA, upgraded plan before coming here

I am working in the USA, before coming out here I contacted EE and changed my plan. Since arriving I am now with AT&T, and have no use of my 4G. I have tried ditching provider to T-mobile and back but no changes.

I hope you're having a lovely time in the United States. 

 

Did you activate roaming before you left?

 

You can check the status and activate it if need be by following these steps:

 

Log in to your My EE > Menu > Manage Device > Ensure both Roaming and Calling Abroad are enabled.
