I left the Uk with only a £10 spend cap active. After 2 calls the phone warned me I had exceeded the cap. Tried to raise the cap via the App but it says will only activate after end charging period (24 days in my case).
EE text advises ringing 150 which I can’t do obviously.
Need to contact medical insurance in Uk and am in middle of nowhere. Any tips/advice

@MH4 : Remove the Spend Cap completely & keep your eye on your spend.
