I am currently in Spain, for the 3rd time this year I am unable to call the UK from my phone, I am assured by EE customer services there are no issues at there end, is there anything anyone can suggest? I am currently using the iPhone 11.
Log into your on line account and then Menu - Manage Device - make sure you have activated roaming and international calls. Or From the MyEE app Current Usage - Controls - activate use phone abroad and make international and premium calls
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
Thanks for you replies, all sorted now, I had disabled premium and international calls on my account when taking out the contract 2 years ago, five minute online chat with EE customer services sorted it all out.
