My EURODATA is not working...on Friday I had to buy some data for it to work on top of the EURODATA pass as it wouldn't let me text 150...yesterday I contacted customer services and finally activated the EURODATA but it will not work! Had no text to say it is activated and when I text 150 it says it's activated but still my 3G/4G will not work...today same problem...this might be costing me a fortune and I am on a school trip leading 30 teenagers around Paris...massive failure EE please help me!

If it's activated then try restarting your phone (and network if you have an iPhone). Also ensure roaming is activated on your handset under settings.
