@Rosa11 Was this working before today in Croatia ? Or have you just got there ? If it’s the latter have you enable call abroad and premium rate numbers from within your online EE account?

As @Chris_B has suggested, if you have not been able to call out since you landed in Croatia, you might need to check your calls settings.
You can do this In your My EE account online.
If you go to Menu > Manage Device > Roaming Abroad and also Call Abroad and Premium rate> They will show as ticked if roaming and calling abroad is activated.
If you have been able to use your phone for calls and texts but this has stopped today, can you let me know what happens when you try to make a call? Do you get an automated message? Can you receive calls?
