Why have my calls abroad been barred?

I have purchased a call package to use abroad but my phone calls have been barred so I can’t use it?

@Hook   Are you a contract customer? If so login to your online EE account and under manage this device enable call abroad and premium rate numbers.

Did you manage to find the roaming and international settings in your My EE account?

 

It may be worth doing a manual network search and selecting a different available network. 

 

What kind of phone do you have and whereabouts in the world are you?
