I'm currently in Malta. Both me and my mum have had no service for 3 days? Is there a way for us to re connect? We both really need to make phone calls and send texts? But are unable to!

Did you make sure that roaming was activated?
If not and you cannot set this up manually via your online account, then you will need to call CS on +44 (0) 7953 966 250 from another phone or use live chat via EE contract page. (click on the cross next to EE and the live chat function will be visible) this is available from 8 am UK time.

I believe so! I travel often and have never had this problem before? Is there something I can do?
