As above. EE committed to giving customers free data, calls and texts in the region up to the 15th of this month but I've been charged.

Call 150 and they will address this issue with you. There is no customer account access on these forums.

Thanks for the replies. I'm still in Barbados and don't want to potentially pay £1.50/min to call customer services, plus I've been having issues with the mic on my phone. Is there someone I can email?

Rest assured you will be credited, I recommend logging into your My EE account on your phone's browser (not the app) or a computer. Once you're logged in, a chat window will pop up when an advisor is available.
