Why have I been charged for data in the Caribbean between 10th and 15th of Sept?

As above. EE committed to giving customers free data, calls and texts in the region up to the 15th of this month but I've been charged.

Hi @Guru1 and welcome to the community.

This is very strange, please do give customer services a quick call and they will be able to look into this straight away.

Do let me know how you get on.

Many thanks,

Lee

Hi,

Thanks for the replies. I'm still in Barbados and don't want to potentially pay £1.50/min to call customer services, plus I've been having issues with the mic on my phone. Is there someone I can email?

Hi @Guru1

Rest assured you will be credited, I recommend logging into your My EE account on your phone's browser (not the app) or a computer. Once you're logged in, a chat window will pop up when an advisor is available.

Many thanks,

Lee
