I am using a Huawei p9 on holiday in Croatia. Mobile data is not working at all, it states I am offline. I can make calls, have data on my account and have tried restoring network settings to default. Works fine when connected to WiFi.
Speedy responses appreciated as I need to use internet very soon.

Hi @Nikitaponn and welcome to the community.
So I can try and help, please may I get you to perform a manual network search and choose a network other than what you are on.
Please make sure the mobile network menu has all the below option on:
It may be worth changing the network type to 3G/2G
