Why do I have a message that mobile data has been temporarily turned off?

I’ve checked the 3 phones linked to the contact and one of them has a red x and no data showing, the other 2 phones are showing a full 12gb from 12gb showing. All 3 phones have mobile data turned off as we’re in the USA.

Welcome to the community 🙂

 

Have you manually turned off the mobile data on the devices?

 

You can turn the mobile data on and use your allowances abroad if you are on a plan that allows you to.

 

Are you checking the details in the My EE app?

Hi,

Yes all devices turned off, been on the account site and now one of the phones is showing something is wrong at EE’s end and they are working on it. Thinking it maybe due to being away whilst the month end cycle has happened and they’ve not been able to reset the data.

Can you turn on all of the phones and check the settings to ensure mobile data is also turned on?

 

How long have you been out of the UK?

 

Can you let me know if all of the phones on the account are on a Max Plan?
