Why cant i use my roaming abroad

I have roaming data with my monthly payments but its not allowing me to use my data roaming

Canada but my sister has the same plan and here dada is working

Is that a Max plan taken out post 10 May 2017? Only that includes roaming in Canada & 4 other non-EU countries.

Welcome to the community, I hope you're having a fantastic time in Canada so far. 😄

 

I think @XRaySpeX may be correct here.

 

The Max plan (after 10th May 2017) allows you to use your data in Canada, whereas normal 4GEE plans and Max plans from before that date only include UK/EU/EEA allowances.

 

Are you on a compatible plan? Do you get reverted to the add-on status page?
