Why can I receive and make calls groom turkey

If you have a pay monthly account, can you check your roaming and call abroad is set up in your account;
Check your roaming status by logging into your My EE account online > go to Menu > Manage Device > Roaming Abroad and Call Abroad and Premium Rate Calls >They will show as ticked if they are active.
Can you activate these if not?
