@Leanne93 Did you enable roaming on your account before you left the UK ?
Are yiu putting 44 or +44 instead of the 0 at the start of the number?
have you tried restarting the device since you got there ?

I didn’t enable as I was told just to put roaming on when I got here but that doesn’t work
ive tried putting the correct numbers in front and turning phone on/off

@Leanne93 Login to your EE online account and wait for a live chat window pop up you can use this to chat to customer services to request roaming to be enabled on your account.

So I can try and help, please may I get you to perform a manual network search and choose a network other than what you are on.
Please, also can I get you to try and dial a friend or family member using the format of 00447********* and try using data.
