Hi,
Yes I’ve tried my EE both online and on the app. It is saying that there is an error and I can’t access my account. I am abroad and not in Europe. I’m worried that my travel pass hasn’t been activated. It comes up on my add ons but I am not able to track how much data I’m using (and as EE customer services said that I could before I left the country. I am worried about getting a horrendous phone bill. What can I do to keep costs down and check my travel data has been actioned and track how much data I’m using?

Hi there @FarSol.

 

You won't be able to see your standard UK allowance when roaming outside of Europe. 

 

Have you tried visiting this link when not connected to WiFi?

 

Once you have used your travel data pass you will be notified and prompted to purchase another add-on to continue to use more data.
