Thanks for posting on the community.

 

If you're with us on a pay monthly account, you may need to activate call abroad and premium rate calls.

 

You can check this by logging into your My EE account online and go to Menu > Manage Device > Call abroad and Premium rate calls > This will show as ticked if you're set up for making calls when abroad.

 

Does this show as ticked?

 

If not, can you activate this?
