Why can’t I connect to Movistar in Costa Rica. Roaming is enabled

I am a payg and have connected in many other countries in this trip. I can only get ICE here in San Jose.

Maybe EE don't have a roaming agreement with them. Have you tried connecting manually?

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Thanks. Have tried to manually connect to others but just getting no service othe people with different companies are getting connected fine.   All I can do is get an ICE connection

Thanks James but I can’t get in touch with text or GSM I can’t use them. I can only look on here when I can manage to get WiFi. The only network I can connect to is Kolbi ICE and that want let me call any uk number or even text. Can you let me know who to contact the tech team if there isn’t an obvious solution

I recommend logging into your My EE account on your phone's browser (not the app) or a computer. Once you're logged in, a chat window will pop up when an advisor is available.

 

If you can't get in contact with chat, please get in touch from an alternative phone.
