I have switched on data roaming and can send texts but can't make any calls from Spain, even the EE number I'm supposed to call from abroad. Please help!! I have turned phone off and on and this doesn't work.

That should help you get your calls connected.

Thanks for trying all of that and for getting back to us, @Katie71.
As your phone is allowing you to text, that means your roaming is set up.
I recommend speaking to our customer services to look into this further.
If you log in to your My EE account (through your phone browser, not the app) a chat box will pop up to speak to an advisor.
If the pop up box doesn't come up, please get in touch by calling from an alternative phone.
Let me know how you get on, once you've spoken to them.

Could you try logging in from another type of device? Maybe a computer or a different mobile device?
If it still doesn't work, the only other contact details are listed on our get in touch page.
I'd love to sort it out myself, but, I don't have access to your account team. Once you get in touch with customer services, they'll do their best to get you up and running fully.
