I hope you're having a lovely time in France, what part are you visiting?
Are you connected to a network?
When you log in to your My EE does it show everything is allowed for using your handset abroad, you can check this by following these steps:
Log in to My EE > Menu > Manage device > Ensure 'Roaming abroad' and 'Call abroad and premium rate' is allowed.
Please let me know the outcome when checking this.

I’m in Morzine and have been here for 6 weeks now.
Ibused to be able to get a network but now only get Free which has no signal at all and won’t allow calls or texts. It’s been this way for over a week now and I’m really frustrated with it.
Move tried manually selecting a network, turning the phone off/on again and selecting automatic on the Network selector. Nothing works.
