Why are my outgoing calls restricted when I am abroad! The phone has roaming turned on the account had roaming turned on, or so it’s says when I text roaming to 150, but when I try to make an outgoing call I get told this type of number / call is restricted and then the call is ended!!
I need this fixed, as I am away and trying to make calls for business.

Good Afternoon @Jonathan_potts
Welcome to the EE Community,
Could you log into your My EE account online.
Then go to Menu > Manage Device > Roaming and also Call Abroad and Premium Rate > They will need to show as ticked for you to use your phone abroad. If you can activate both settings this will update within 24 hours.
could you also try these steps
Try re-booting your device
Turn the device off and back on or turn airplane mode off then on.
Perform a manual network search:-
• iPhone – Settings > Carrier > Toggle Automatic OFF
• Android – Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap OK
• Windows – Settings > Mobile Network > Network Selection > Tap on start manual search
If that doesnt work call EE tech support on 0044 207 362 0200 from a landline.

Thanks for the suggestions, all settings were active when I looked on my account! I managed to talk to someone over the online chat on the EE website, they reset the account which worked and I can now make calls.
