If you are in the southern part, please ensure roaming is enabled by following these steps:
Log in to your My EE > Menu > Manage Device > Ensure both Roaming and Calling Abroad are ticked.

Hi, it is Facebook, Messenger and Instagram.
I have tried all the networks over here, restarting phone, and all other ideas given, but still no luck. I can only use these sites if I have WiFi.
This is the first time I have ever had this issue over here.

Also, please confirm if you have checked your roaming settings by logging in to your My EE.

I am in Southern Cyprus, Protaras.
I have checked all my roaming settings, connection settings, updated all apps.
Tried all available networks.
The only times they work is when I am connected to WiFi.

Are you able to try remove content lock off and on?
You can also do this within your My EE account.

Thank you so much for all your help. I am hoping the problem is now fixed. I removed the sim card and cleaned it then restarted the phone twice.
