Re: What’s the difference between terms ‘global’ and ‘everywhere’ regards calls

"From anywhere" means calls from wherever you are back to the UK or within the country you're travelling in. Like at the foot of https://ee.co.uk/help/add-ons-benefits-and-plans/call-or-going-abroad/roaming-costs/countries/japan .

I think "Global" might mean calls from wherever you are to anywhere in the world, but I've never seen this offered. Whereabouts do you see it? Linky please?

In what context? Where you see the difference? In which country?

"Global" is throughout the Earth"; "Everywhere" is everywhere in the Universe Smiley Wink.

Re: What’s the difference between terms ‘global’ and ‘everywhere’ regards calls

In EE’s add on plans for calling from outside the EU is confusing in its terminology - it quotes two differing plans ‘60mins global roaming minutes’ and ‘120mins from anywhere’  - why the different description and oddly the 120min plan is twice the price of the 60min plan + 1p??!!

Re: What’s the difference between terms ‘global’ and ‘everywhere’ regards calls

This info is on the EE website under ‘Your plan and add-ons’ sub heading ‘Roaming’. Your answer is a good ‘un - applied logic! Thank you!

Thanks! You're welcome :)! Glad I could be of assistance.

Where on EE website? URL please? Or do you mean in your own MyEE, which I of course can't see?

@hh2f: Are you on EE Small Business? The 1p is a rounding error cuz you are looking at ex-VAT prices. When VAT is added one will be exactly the price of the other, £20 & £10.
