Hi @Shoegal30

If you have a max plan taken out after the 10/05/17 then you don't need to worry, that is if roaming works (you activated it before you left the UK).

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Re: Welcome to USA message on max plan?

When I was last in the USA, I got the following text when Ianded:

Can you get to internet sites though? When in the USA, if data works it either means you have it included in your plan, or you've added a recurring data pass (which you should remember doing if you did!).

If you didn't have it included or have a data pass you would be redirected to the add-on page to buy data.

If I'd receive that welcome text with costings upon landing I'd worry Smiley Sad.

Hi @Shoegal30

Welcome to the community, I hope you're having a lovely time the in the USA so far. 🙂

As @chistery said, if you're able to access any internet sites or use your internet based apps on mobile data, you should be fine. If you weren't on a Max plan, it would refer you to our add-on status page.
