@Charlotte_a Did you setup roaming on your account before you left the UK ? Did you text ROAMING to 150 or call customer service to activate this service?

Has no idea, when taking out the contract is explained I was back and fourth from Germany and wasn't told.
Can I do it while I'm here?
I have a eu package on the contract- I was told this was enough.
