Using phone abroad

Hi I'm trying to make phone calls while I'm in Spain but it's saying all calls are restricted and telling me to ring 470. When I ring that number they say something in Spanish so I got somebody to translate and it said the orange network is down. Does anybody know how I can activate calls

Re: Using phone abroad

Hi,

You need to activate roaming, you can either use another phone/land line to activate roaming or use live chat via EE contract page. If you click on the cross next to the EE section the live chat function be displayed.

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
