My daughter is in New Zealand and can’t use her phone. It is not letting her make calls or send texts yet these are supposed to be included in the Max Plan. What can she do? I am the account holder/bill payer of the phone so she has not been able to sort this out herself.

@Alison63: Did she activate roaming on her EE a/c before she left UK?
Try logging into your My EE account online for her no. & go to Menu / Manage Device / Roaming Abroad and also Call Abroad and Premium rate. They will show as ticked if roaming and calling abroad is activated. If they are not ticked, can you activate these settings?

What about Call Abroad? It's that that prevents calls & texts.

Ok thank you. I have allowed that - takes up to 24 hours to change so we’ll see tomorrow if that has solved the problem. Fingers xc.
