I have requested a monthly contract to be moved to PAYG from today 03/08 and now I cannot call nor message from abroad. I am in Indonesia. My EE account has been closed and I am basically stuck with not being able to confirm my bank requestst to withdraw money cos my messages "fail" to send.
Can someone from EE help me with this ASAP? I cannot call you, your live chat does not work without an active account and to send you a letter, that will take afew weeks.
I really need help NOW.

I was already abroad when I spoke with the CS via phone, they told me they will transfer me from monthly to pay as I go and from 3rd August I will have 10£ on my account, confirmed that that was all I had to do, so no I have not.
