Please ensure you text ROAMING to 150 to ensure the service is set up on your account. If not you can log into your online account and activate roaming and international calls.

to ensure roaming is set up on your account check the following.
log into your My EE account online.
go to Menu > Manage Device > Roaming and also Call Abroad and Premium Rate > They will need to show as ticked for you to use your phone abroad.
If you can activate both settings this will update within 24 hours.
If the options are greyed out you will need to contact 150 to activate it.

Just to let you know the Fair Usage Policy of 15GB doesn't apply in the USA so you can use all of your allowance there if you want!
