Urgent! Cant call abroad! Please help!

Hi Everyone,

 

I'm currently in Germany and I urgently need to call to a UK number. However, I've already tried 0044, 00447, 044, +44 but none of these worked. Please help!

Im currently in Germany and i need to call to Uk Number very ugently. Is there any way to solve this as I tried 0044, +44, 044, 0447 already.

Does the phone work in other ways? Are you able to call other nos? Can you send texts?

Hello @ldoan96 were roaming and call abroad/premium rate enabled on your account at least 24-48hrs before traveling? You can check by logging in to My EE online and navigating to My EE Mobile>Manage device:
