Unable to use phone in Spain despite being set up.

I am unable to make calls etc despite having eu roaming and everything saying it is set up. Husband who is on shared plan can make emergency calls only.  I have a mobile network (mostly orange) and apparently good signal.  Any suggestions? Thanks

@Jamie22  Are you putting 44 or 0044 instead of the 0 at the start of the number?

Please try the troubleshooting steps below:-

 

Re-booting your device

 

Try turning 4G off in ‘settings’

 

Do a manual network search in ‘settings’ and connect to a different network operator:-

 

 

  • iPhone – Tap Settings > Carrier > Toggle Automatic OFF
  • Android – Tap Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap OK
  • Windows – Tap Settings > Mobile Network > Network Selection > Tap on start manual search
