Unable to use my phone abroad

Hi I'm unable to use my phone abroad I have purchased 3 bolt ons 1 calls 1 messages 1 roaming please can you advise I can't even call 150

@Zoegrogan   Did you call customer services and get roaming enabled on your account?   Or did you text ROAMING to 150 to enable the service before you left the UK ?   Purchasing add-ons doesn’t enable roaming and will make no difference if you didn’t enabled roaming on your account before you left the UK.

So I can try and help, please may I get you to perform a manual network search and choose a network other than what you are on.

 

Please also can I get you to try and dial a friend or family member using format of 00447********* and try using data.
