I am currently in Italy for a week and I am unable to send text ? ..apparently I am already set up for data roaming .?? Thanks in advance

Hello Leanne ... I have just treid and no it doesnt seem so ... I am a business user on pay monthly , I did check before I came over , text to 150 but it said I was already set up ?

This could be the international bar is active on your account.
I recommend logging into your My EE account on your phone's browser (not the app) or a computer.
Once you're logged in, a chat window will pop up when an advisor is available.
If you can't get in contact with chat, please get in touch from an alternative phone.
