Unable to make calls whilst abroad

We are unable to make calls whilst abroad have followed all suggested changes but still not working

@Sueq32 Assuming you’re a contract customer and you have enabled call broad and premium rate numbers from within your online EE account have you restarted the device ? and it can sometimes take up to 24 hours to activate. 

If you are a pay-as-you-go customer and you are outside the EU you need to have credit on your account to pay for phone calls as your allowance doesn’t cover you whilst outside the EU.
