Im in Canada at the moment and unable to make any calls, send texts or use data. I cant even reply back messages received from EE.
I have an iPhone 10.

@saj1994 Did you enable roaming on your account before you left the UK ? Do you have a signal showing on the device? What tariff do you have ? And have you enabled call abroad and premium rate numbers from within your online account?

No I did not enable roaming, yes there is a signal and the network is connected to rogers, im on pay as you go and I topped up and bought a bundle.

@saj1994 With PAYG you don’t need to activate roaming as it already is. You do however need credit to pay for calls/text and a data bundle to use data as your PAYG pack will not work outside the U.K./EU.

You have said you purchased a bundle this is not credit on your account. You can not use packs outside the UK/EU. You need to top-up and use that credit to pay for everything.

Forget the bundle! It's no use in Canada. You have only £2 to spend on calls & texts, which is enough for 1 min of calls or 3 texts. You can't use data as you've not enough to buy a data add-on. Yes I know i can use the credit to send texts but the texts that I am sending is not going through

@saj1994 Are you putting 44 or +44 instead of the 0 at the start of the number?

@Leanne_T When I try send message I get an error saying not delivered.
i tried changing to other networks but still same problem.
