I am abroad (EU) and when I try to make an outgoing call I get an automated message saying my international outgoing calls are barred. I cannot find a link to Live Chat to sort this.
Phone was restarted on landing, data roaming is on and I had the message from EE saying I am set up to use the phone abroad. Texting and 4G are working fine

Thanks for coming to the community.
Can you check your account is set up for international calls.
To do this can you log into your My EE account online and go to Menu > Manage Device > Call Abroad and Premium Rate.
If this is not showing as ticked, can you activate this within your My EE?
This can take up to 24 hours to update for you.
You will also have an option to chat within your My EE account if the above doesn't work for you.

Sorry chat is only available when logged into your My EE online not the app.
Can you receive calls and texts?
Also, can you try and connect to a different network in your phone settings.
