I'm in NYC, been here a month and going to be here for another month.
I'm on a business 4GEE Max Plan, free USA Roaming.
However, when I try to call home or check voicemail, I get a recorded message from T-Mobile or AT&T (whichever network my phone is using at the time, usually the former) saying that calls to International numbers have been restricted.
Obviously this is very frustrating as I have business matters that need me to call UK numbers.
Please can someone help me fix this. I can't call the Business help centre because it's a UK Number. Rach from the live chat centre tried helping but she couldn't help because she didn't work in the business section.
