I’m on a 12M SIM Max Plan
When I send a text to 150 with the words MAX TRAVEL it replies with:
Sorry, Travel Data Pass is not available on your price plan. You can find details of all our standard roaming add-ons and prices at ee.co.uk/roaming
Why can’t I add a travel data pass to my account. I should be able to.

Are you currently outside the UK at the moment?
What destination are you looking to use the pass?

Have you managed to get through to someone in technical support? They are usually more competent and willing to look at issues that take a bit longer.

EE have called me twice this week and I’ve called them once. Not sure which department they were from.

Another week and 3 more phone calls and both phone numbers on my account still have this bug. How much longer?

Hi @Pagemakers Sorry to hear this isn't fixed. If it was me, I'd start escalating the issue. Raise a complaint, ask for it to be passed to the next level of support, Keep a track of who you talk to and when, and what was said. You need to keep on top of it but once you start following EE's complaint process they do tend to get picked up by more competent staff who take the time to try and resolve issues.

Two more long calls with EE and still this doesn’t work. That must be 10-15 calls so far.
Regrettably looks like I will have to go down the complaints route.
