I'm in Costa Rica and I can see the networks, but when I try to connect I get a message saying the my SIM cannot connect to that network.
I have a samsung S8 plus. I have a travel data pass.
I start work tomorrow - Monday. And need to use the network.

I can't access customer services. I can't make calls. 150 doesn't work, nor any number. And when I go to the website, I don't get a pop up customer services chat. I'm in the dark! HELP
