Txts and calls not working in France

Hi there my txts and calls are not working here in france but was fine the other month in spain, i need this sorting as im here for 5 months and unable to contact certain people 4g and online chats are working but using all my data

@Andy_E: How long have you been abroad? EE has a stable links policy which expects you to spend at least 2 months in UK out of any 4 months period.

I was in spain for 1 months 1 month in england then been here 1 week

What is happening when you try and make a call or send a text?

 

You said you can access data. Are you able to receive calls and texts?

Message are just saying failed to send, phones calls theres a French speaking women but dont understand what shes saying, 

 

I can recieve message and calls 

 

My data is working fine
