Just returned from holiday to find travel data times five added onto my monthly bill. Before I flew abroad I 100% made sure to turn of mobile data and data roaming. EE said it needs to investigate and will get back to me within 72 hours now it’s been 6 days and nothing. Contacted EE today and they say the team (they couldn’t tell me the name of the team) is still investigating and will let me know via text. Totally unacceptable and they don’t care about their customers, will never renew contract with EE again

Could it be our Tech Gurus that are investigating this for you?
If they have raised an investigation ticket, they will try their best to be back in touch within 72 hours as they will want an answer to the problem before calling you.
