My travel data pass is not working in the USA. I have not had issues before when abroad, but I’m having no joy this time. Based on my account and on my attempts to text “travel” to 150, it is still active. I have tried turning mobile data, data roaming, and my phone on and off on multiple occasions. Please help!

Have you changed your plan since you last used the travel data pass?
There is no specific account access on these forums so you will need to call CS from another phone for more specific information. If you are a pay monthly customer you can use the live. CS is open from 8 am UK time.
