The best tech chat I've ever had

New to EE, never had a problem until today (roaming not working) and it was with some trepidation that I contacted 'live chat' past experience with other providers filled me with a sense of dread, but to my utter shock and pleasure, I actually got hold of someone who was not only polite, pleasant and helpful, but tecdhnically competent as well.  we are all so quick to whinge and complain, so it gives me absolute pleasure to say "John Brice from EE Tech Chat at North Tyneside, you are an absolute star, a credit to both yourself and EE"
