T Mobile Czech

Hi,

I wrote to T Mobile CZ and was asked to direct my question here. The FAQ in Czech website is mainly Czech and very little on English.

I will be arriving in Czech in June and travelling to others parts of EU, including Switzerland.

I am interested in getting the Twist prepaid sim and additional data plan. It is stated it is EU-roaming available.

I would like to ask is there a data limit for  EU roaming and is the same applies to Switzerland? What about calling in EU-roaming package?

What is the possibility of purchasing this sim in Brno (a city other than Prague)?

Thanks in advance.

Hi @jasontheen

Tmobile CZ is nothing to do with EE so you will need to contact them about their accounts and roaming.

Thanks,

Hi @jasontheen,

Thanks for visiting the EE Community.

@Northerner and @XRaySpeX are correct, EE isn't linked to T-Mobile CZ so we wouldn't be able to help on this occasion.
